What is included in rent?

Your rent at The Link apartments includes access to a world-class community, a gorgeous modern apartment, and a dedicated team of property managers and maintenance professionals. The utilities listed below are included separately in our Utility Package:

Electricity is billed separately to each resident each month.

How much is rent?

What comes with my apartment?

Do I need a cosigner?

If you do not meet the credit requirements, you may need a cosigner or a guarantor to be granted access to one of our Evanston apartments. See below for information on guarantors.

What’s a guarantor?

A guarantor is a financially responsible third party that signs a Guaranty Form for a resident. When a resident does not meet the credit requirements, we ask that they provide a guarantor to ensure their payments are met. Basically, in the event that a resident cannot pay his or her rent in full and on time, the guarantor will be required to provide the payment.

Is there a security deposit?

We do not require a security deposit at The Link. An application fee is required, and we require a one-time administration fee to cover the costs of normal wear and tear on your apartment after you move out. For specific pricing regarding application fees and administration fees, please connect with our leasing office.

What kind of security is available?

The Link puts your security first. That’s why our Evanston apartments have a state-of-the-art security system including electronic fob access to all entrances throughout our building and constant video surveillance. We even provide our residents with the Butterfly MX video doorbell system which connects directly to your mobile device.

Do you allow pets?

We do! Your furry friends are always welcome at your Evanston apartment.

Do you allow guests?

The Link is all about connections, and we know how important your network is. That’s why we invite you to have your friends and family over to our Evanston apartments. We simply request that all friends and family be checked in at our front desk prior to entering our apartments to help ensure the safety of all our residents.

Do you have parking?

Yes! The Link Evanston has ample secure, covered parking for our residents. To be granted parking access or for questions regarding pricing and availability, connect with our leasing office.

What if I have a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be filed a number of ways. The most simple, straightforward method of filing a maintenance request is through our easy-to-use online Resident Portal. However, feel free to submit requests via email to info@thelinkevanston.com or to our leasing office over the phone.

Where do I get mail?

You can access your mail at your designated mailbox located in the front entrance of our property. Packages that do not fit in your mailbox will be available for pickup in the leasing office.
